It all starts with a thought!

As we know, France is Libra with Sun, Mercury and Venus in the first degrees of Libra, opposed by the upcoming eclipse, according to the latest chart from 1958. Even the chart of first republic has Sun at 3 deg Libra, and Nodes at 24 Virgo/Pisces, where we had our last Lunar eclipse.
People are now ready to fight for justice and fight for their rights.
Nothing wrong with that!
Upcoming eclipse is in Aries, ruled by Mars and Pluto (higher octave of Mars) which is turning retrograde. Since Mars and Pluto will be in an 180 aspect (Earth is in the "middle" of this push-pull so to speak) we are going to feel this on all levels.
I feel this vibe in my office. At home. On the street. People say "I'm fed up" (I actually heard this today, from this usually very calm and nice woman), they also talk about road rage. There was someone so impatient in the car behind mine, the guy started honking heavily daaaang, I was afraid he has a gun (this is Texas after all). And Texas has Mars and Pluto in Aries, lovely!
California is Virgo (Sep 9, 1850 12:00 77W, 38N53 Washington DC), with Mars in the 10th house of Government, at 11 degrees of Libra.
Canada (July 1, 1867 at 5:02 PM Ottawa) has Libra rising 7 deg . and Pluto in the 12th house at 6 degrees of Libra.
Byelorussia (Aug 1, 1920 12:00 Minsk) has Libra rising, Mars in Scorpio conjunct N.Node, Sun at 8 deg Leo squaring it! In the 10th house, so obviously hit by Saturn, Chiron in Aries at 10 degrees;
Several other countries and cities have their mundane planets in this area (around 8 deg Libra: Yugoslavia, Turkey, Nigeria, London, Palestine, Iraq, India, Belgium etc; around 8 deg Aries: Iran!!, Indonesia, Greece, Belgium, Chad, Bangladesh, Botswana, Japan, Albania, Vatican City, Slovakia, Rome etc there are really dozens of them).
I watched "What a Bleep..." again last night and excuse my detachment from this heated globe called Earth for a moment, but I believe we have to create positive thoughts every day and meditate about love and peace, create love and peace in the world.
It all starts with a thought!
We can do it for ourselves, going through necessary changes and understanding the process, sending blessings and waves of white light to those who need it the most.
