A Council Bluffs man who was facing first-degree kidnapping has had 12 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor added to his charges after police officers found illegal pictures on his home computer while investigating the kidnapping.
A warrant for Travis T. Frey, 33, was issued on Jan. 30 for the 12 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Frey turned himself in on Friday; he had been on bond since Nov. 22 on the kidnapping charges.
Frey was arrested on Nov. 18 for kidnapping charges that stem from allegations made by his wife. Court documents state that Frey tied her up with white rope on their bed and sexually assaulted her on at least three occasions.
Records show that the couple was married for nine years and had two daughters, and Frey's wife told Council Bluffs Police officers that Frey was angry with her for taking the children to church.
Court documents also contain a five-page contract that Frey allegedly tried to have his wife sign. The contract contains language on how Frey's wife should dress, shave and what she should wear to bed.
The "Contract of Wifely Expectations" states that a portion of the evening will be devoted to "My Time," in which Frey's wife was expected to do "anything and everything" that Frey wanted.
During "My Time," Frey's wife was given the following list of things that she was not to do.
- Argue about anything with me or to me.
- Complain about anything to me or about me.
- Cry, sob, whine or pout.
- Sigh, moan, bulk [sic], or otherwise show displeasure or unhappiness.
- Raise your voice at or to me.
- Be condescending to or about me.
- Ask for anything from me or for me.
- Be distracted from me by other things.
The contract in the court record was not signed.
Frey's kidnapping trial is scheduled for March 14, and court records show that he has pleaded not guilty. Kidnapping in the state of Iowa is a Class A felony and carries a sentence of life without the possibility of parole.

Un- @&%$ing-believable! (I read the whole document) I am so glad that she got out of that marriage! Men like that need to be institutionalized and seriously treated for their psychological disorder.
I am still in shock that he had the audacity to write up such a ludicrous document and think that anyone would agree to it. Unfortunately I do know that there are women who stay in those kind of relationships indefinitely. As a survivor of sexual abuse… It breaks my heart to hear about them! I pray for the empowerment of these women to be able find their inner strength and get out of the negative situations.

It is not surprising to me that this husband wanted to turn his wife into a sex slave. This is just one of many… requesting high heels, thongs or other things he has listed on four pages of his “contract”.

It is weird however that he took time and put everything in writing, with intention for her to “initial” each paragraph, to make sure he is going to get what he wants.
What a mor** ! Unfortunatelly, I am aware of marriage/partnership abuse that is still going on around us.
Good thing is, this woman decided to report him to the Police.
Well, she is a real Capricorn after all ;)
